An intensive driving course will have set weekly lessons.The intensity of your lessons will depend on how quickly you learn. Some learners can learn quickly and learn efficiently while others take much longer. It is normal for any learner driver to take a few weeks to learn completely from professional driving schools, plus or minus half a day. Many intensive driving courses will include a sizeable tutorial section, in order to help you to learn.

You often hear that the person who arrives last is significantly more experienced than those who started on a previous lesson. This is not always true. If both benches are equally mixed, the person who arrives first will usually have an advantage. Ask your instructors about this, as it could well make a difference.

You’ll be sharing driving duties with other passengers.Many intensive driving courses will arrange for additional passengers on the train, or have additional equipment provided, such as a trailer or car. Your driving instructing friend will be getting practice as well as you, so try to spend as much time with them as possible.
